Nerdz Health was born out of a simple frustration: most health advice online is written for athletes, fitness models, or people with hours to spare. But what about the rest of us?

Our Story

Nerdz Health was founded by Nidhi Talati — a homemaker, IT business professional, and everyday health enthusiast based in Ahmedabad, India.

Like many people in the IT world, Nidhi spent years watching colleagues (and herself) slowly drift away from healthy habits. Long hours, poor posture, stress eating, zero movement, disrupted sleep — the “desk life” was quietly taking a toll.

Three years ago, she decided enough was enough. She started with yoga. Then fitness. Then nutrition. Then Ayurveda. And slowly, she discovered something powerful: you don’t need to overhaul your entire life to feel dramatically better. Small, consistent changes — done with the right intention — can transform your health from the inside out.
